Shipping Policy (Cajito)
Thank you for shopping with Cajito. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing and delivery timeframes.
1) Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. In that case, we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
2) Shipping Time (Transit Time)
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.
Please note: shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs (if applicable), weather, or other factors outside of our control.
3) Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the label is created.
4) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to the carrier or marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a replacement. Please contact us so we can review your case.
5) Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
